Christine cricri Bellerose is an interdisciplinary artist-researcher. She explores hybrid forms of movement art performance. Eight years in China and Vietnam transpire through her philosophy of art and work. She performs on the cabaret and alternative scenes from Beijing to Montréal, Winnipeg and San Francisco since 2004. Her performances span from multimedia installations and erotic writing, burlesque, clown, tango and spontaneous art in situ. For three years now, she has been embodying her alter ego character, Dalidada, the Woman archetype and her mythologies. Christine holds a BFA in Theatre and Development from Concordia University and is pursuing an MA in Theatre and Performance Studies at York University.
