Myléna Bergeron studied singing at Université de Montréal before taking up experimental electronic music and sound improvisation. Since 2001, she has developed a unique method of composition gracefully uniting live recording and sound alteration. Strangely moving harmonies dominate her enveloping and suggestive audio narratives. She has performed solo in Canada, Chili, the United States, China, as well as performing a video-musical work with photographer Caroline Hayeur entitles ying yang ladies and partnering up with Magali Babin and I8U. She has also released two albums: Chronopée (1) and Chronopée (2) under the label Oral in 2002 and 2006.
