A German, Dadaist, pop provocateur, musician, master of the absurd and iconoclastic performer, Felix Kubin is an awesome showman, whose latest visit to Montréal goes back to 2007. He began composing at the age of 12 with a 4 track tape recorder. At 14, he was writing his own texts and began performing on the punk and new wave scenes. He has since become one of the most prominent figures of the electronic music scene. He likes to travel between “hi” and “lo” culture, between bars and concert halls, just as much as he likes to change contexts and challenge expectations.

Co-presented with the Biennale d’art performatif de Rouyn-Noranda and the artist-run centre L’Écart.
