Theatrical performance in French.

Greek mythology is filled with shocking and tumultuous tales in which gods and demigods mix with titans, nymphs… and mortals. Thanks to an instructive and playful approach based on tableaux-vivants, spectators will finally be able to understand the ins and the outs of the tormented and often incestuous relationships between mythological heroes. The tableaux-vivant tradition, which emerged from the stage arts, was at its height in the 19th century. It can be defined as an arrangement of live persons who reproduce an artistic composition — for instance a painting, a literary scene, even an erotic one. Les Filles électriques are tackling this challenging genre with humility and pride.
