Thanks to her clown father, Pafou, Marie-Pierre Petit was familiar with the magic and art of the stage by age eight. She created her own character, Pafolie, and the two clowns appeared in several performances together. When Pafou hung up his hat and retired, Marie-Pierre (Pafolie) took over the family business and managed to create entertaining, magical shows all on her own.
Trained clowns Jaclo and Pafolie have appeared at many events in association with organizations within the Deaf community, such as AQEPA. They have also performed for hearing audiences at various deaf awareness events.
